In case of emergencies, please contact Public Safety at 667-208-1200. JHU security staff is available 24 hours.

Illness

If you get sick, you can reach Residential Life staff in the office during business hours or by phone at any time.

Health-Related Concerns

If you are not feeling well or have a health concern that is not an emergency, please contact the Residential Life staff. Our Wellness Coordinator will help you schedule an appointment with a nearby urgent care clinic or emergency room, and can accompany you and arrange transportation. Please make sure to submit your health insurance information as part of the onboarding process through the Health & Emergency Contact Form, so our team can help coordinate care if necessary.
