Course and Schedule Maintenance

| January 9 | Summer 2026 New Course Requests and Schedule Change Requests are due to the Registrar from sponsoring departments. Departmental coordinators who handle scheduling submit New Request Forms and Scheduling Request Forms to the Registrar via the OURScheduling Sharepoint (Courses received after this date may not be on the proof.) Schedule change forms are only for catalog-level data (title, description, credits, grade basis) or other data points that cannot be edited in CLSS. |
| January 16 | CLSS closes for making schedule changes (courses will be pushed to the workflow at 4 p.m.). |
| January 21 | Scheduling proofs distributed from Office of the Registrar to Departments. |
| January 30 | Corrected scheduling proofs due back to ASEN Scheduling (Office of the Registrar). |
| February 16 | Summer 2026 Schedule viewable on SIS. |
| March 3 | Registration opens via SIS. |
